SealStrap TP202 Portable: This is a compact and light-weight machine, allowing easy transportation and only requiring little space for installation. Single Motor Operation: A single motor powers the machine. Reliable operation is assured even if voltage drops. Easy Adjustment for Changing Strap Width: Adjustment for use of 6mm up to 15.5mm can be made by loosening only four screws. No Strap Damage: The feeding system, strap tensioning device and cams are designed to prevent splitting, bending and scratching. Applicable to Any Shape: The width of the slide table is small, allowing easy bundling of pipes and irregularly shaped objects. Simple Operation: The free end of the strap appears on the table that can be placed around this article by hand for strapping. No training is required.
Self-Threading: Proven auto-feed design allows the strap to be automatically fed with the touch of a lever. Retract & Re-Feed Strap: Eliminates strap waste by retracting and re-feeding excess strap. Consistent Tension: The desired tension can be applied consistently to both compressible and non-compressible bundles with manual adjustment. Efficient Design: Fewer moving parts results in greatly simplified design. Energy Saving Operation: Motors run only during the strap cycle, providing the quietest working environment. Sealing Head Strap Ejector: Eliminates down time by clearing unwanted strap from the seal head. Choice of Strap: Polypropylene (PP) strap sizes can be easily changed in the field from 15mm to 5mm to suit a variety of packaging requirements. Available strap widths are 6,7,9,12, & 15mm.
